We will always try our best to meet your requirements with regards to your Order.
Standard deliveries are made Monday-Friday between the hours of 8.00am-6.00pm.
Some accessories may be delivered separately.
Products delivered direct are subject to suppliers term and conditions.
Delivery of your product direct to your door usually takes approx 2- 4 working days from the on completion of the manufacturing, however the lead time for your specific order will depend on our Supplier lead times.
There are some limitations on where we can safely deliver. For example we are unable to deliver to properties where there is insufficient access for the couriers lorries to park within 25 metres of the destination. We can also only deliver our Larger products to ground floor locations.
As an employer we are bound to a duty of care towards our contracted drivers and have to make sure that there is sufficient help at hand to unload your order, this may affect the delivery charge.
Please note; for Accessory only orders delivery costs will be calculated separately.
Delivery charges stated do not apply where congestion charges are in force. In such cases we recommend you contact us at sales@moderne.company to obtain an accurate delivery cost before placing your order.
It is always helpful if the customer inspects the product for obvious signs of damage to the best of their ability at the time of the delivery, and should be rejected accordingly. This can avoid controversy at a later stage. We must be informed of any damage or discrepancy against your order by email within 5 days.

All goods must be signed for. We ask you check all goods prior to signing for delivery and mark the delivery note appropriately if goods are received damaged. “Unchecked” is not acceptable if a claim is necessary.
Failed to take delivery charge: If Customer fails to take delivery on any scheduled delivery date, The customer shall be invoiced for the courier redelivery charge and storage of the Product and a commercially reasonable administration fee.
